
Menus, Packages, and Pricing are at the Bottom of the Page
Nothing brings old friends and hungry souls out of the woodwork like a barbecue. We have put together basic packages (found below) which can serve as a guideline for planning and pricing an event, and items can be added or removed as you like. There are three options for catering packages: Pickup, Delivery, and Service.
Pickup - The order is packaged hot or cold depending on preference, and can be picked up at our kitchen at 150 W Canal Street, Winooski, VT (Contactless pickup available).
Delivery - The food is dropped off hot and ready at a place and time of your choosing. All items are packaged in disposable aluminum pans or deli containers, and disposable ware plates, utensils, and napkins are included in the package price. (Contactless drop off available)
Note: With shortages, we are unable to provide disposable service ware, like tongs and big spoons, so we ask folks to consider providing those in their plans.
Service - Food is delivered hot and fresh, and is presented in chafing dishes and ceramic bowls with service utensils provided. After service is completed, the leftovers are packaged up for you, and the general area is picked up as well. As with delivery, disposable ware plates, utensils, and napkins are included in the package price. (Hand sanitizer available on all buffet setups. All employees use proper prescribed safety practices when serving and interacting with guests.)
All packages are priced on a per person basis and include all costs except for tax (at 9% in Vermont) and gratuity, which is optional. Children under nine are half the adult price, and under five are free. Vegetarian, gluten free, and other dietary concerns can be accommodated upon request.
